Terms of Service

The agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of tokenwise.sk and the software factory operated by tokenwise s. r. o., IČO: 57 938 172, registered at Komárnická 113/6, 821 03 Bratislava, Slovakia (“tokenwise”, “we”). By signing in or purchasing tokens you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

tokenwise is an autonomous AI software factory. Specialized agents take your request through spec, code, review, tests and deployment.Human oversight depends on the project's deployment mode. In gated mode, a human founder approves production deployments. In autonomous mode, including changes to adopted prototypes, the pipeline can publish changes after the configured automated checks without per-deployment human approval. The service is offered on an evolving basis and individual features may change.

Prototypes — open by default

• Prototypes are generated as public demonstrations by default: they are reachable by anyone with the link and may appear in our public idea gallery.
• A free prototype is temporary. It is automatically deleted 14 days after it is created unless you adopt it into a project. We send reminders before it expires. After expiry the prototype and its generated assets are removed and cannot be recovered.
• Do not put confidential information, personal data of others, or anything you are not willing to make public into a prototype request.

AI-generated code & licensing

• Code and content produced for your project by the factory is delivered to you. Once the work that produced it is paid for (or delivered under the free tier), you own that output and may use, modify and distribute it.
• Generated code is provided “as is”. AI output can contain errors or insecure patterns; you are responsible for reviewing and testing it before relying on it in production.
• Output may include third-party open-source components under their own licenses; you must comply with those licenses.
• You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and grant us the licence needed to process them to deliver the service.

Tokens & payment

• Paid work is priced in tokens: you pay for the tokens our agents spend on each change, measured per change and shown in your dashboard. Tokens are bought in advance, from 2M to 50M, priced in bands (€3.50 per million up to 10M, €3.25 per million from 10M, €3.00 per million from 25M), each band at its own rate. Prices are final: tokenwise s. r. o. is not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added.
• Before a bigger change starts you see its token estimate and confirm it. The change is charged the tokens it actually spends; tokens spent beyond what your wallet holds are never charged.
• Tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase and are spent oldest first. Unused tokens expire after that period.
• Refunds: unused tokens can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A change that fails on our side returns its tokens automatically.
• Add-ons bought in the same payment: a 60-minute consultation with our founder (€79.00; we email you to agree a time), the course “how to use tokenwise” (€19.00; sold as a pre-order until it is published, then unlocked in your profile), a staging environment (€10.00 one-time setup) and your own domain (first year, priced by its ending). The staging environment and the domain are set up by hand by our founder.
• Domains: we register the domain for you, in tokenwise's name unless we agree otherwise. After a year we ask whether you want to keep it and invoice the renewal only if you do.
• Hosting: your app runs on Google Firebase under our account. Usage within Firebase's free allowance costs you nothing; we pay Google for usage above it and invoice it to you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card details.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but provide it on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed uptime. We may suspend or change the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; to the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Acceptable use

Do not use the factory to produce unlawful, infringing or harmful software, to attempt to break our systems, or to generate content that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have as an EU resident are unaffected. Questions: team.tokenwise@gmail.com
